Meet Connor

I recently joined my mother, Lori, and my grandma, Lou, as the third member of The Lou and Lori Team. I am a third-generation broker and a Mercer Island native who recently returned to my hometown after receiving my Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising and journalism from the University of Idaho.

I grew up touring properties with Lou and Lori, and throughout my childhood I not only picked up the lingo, but also developed a love and appreciation for all aspects of the real estate market! As a millennial I am excited to bring my digital marketing expertise to the team and I’m looking forward to making an impact in our exciting real estate market.

Mercer Island

In the southern waters of beautiful Lake Washington sits Mercer Island. Those of us lucky enough to live here enjoy the easy access to Seattle and Bellevue and all the food and culture and shopping they offer as well as the natural beauty that surrounds us. Mercer Island is considered by many to be the premier residential community to live in in Seattle Metro area. Many Mercer Island homeowners have use of either Mount Rainier to the south, Bellevue in the cascades to the east, or Seattle and the gorgeous Olympic mountains to the west. Many of our parks take advantage of these views as well as the waters of Lake Washington. We've got boating, fishing, swimming in the summer—you name it. Families choose to live on Mercer Island so they can send their kids to our top notch schools. Mercer Island High School is well regarded throughout the Pacific Northwest for the number of its graduates who are accepted to top universities. Residents who don't have school aged children still benefit from this reputation because it keeps their property values at a good level. I love Mercer Island because, while Seattle and Bellevue are close, the island has a community feel all its own. It’s like a world away. If you'd like to learn more about Mercer island, let us know. We'd love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
